My Five Cents
I loved your article (“How I Got Rich in Northeast Ohio,†March issue). I am a true to the core Ohioan that spent many years away in San Diego – nice place, but not home. I love my home, Toledo, and quietly maybe I am accumulating some nickels to rub together. With your permission, I would like to run around my town and give out some to all the people that have greener-pasture syndrome.

Hidden Treasures
The article, “How I Got Rich in Northeast Ohio†(March issue), is like in the book, “The Millionaire Next Door,†where peoples’ perception of being successful is the opposite of the reality. And since Northeast Ohio and Cleveland are not flashy and high profile like New York or Chicago, for example, then some believe that you can’t make it big here.
But the truth is that you are limited only by your desire and drive. Northeast Ohio has so many hidden treasures to offer, and it truly is the golden goose!

Insightful Perspective
I have recently read my first copy of Inside Business magazine and just wanted to take a moment to tell you I thoroughly enjoyed the forward-looking, affirming approach the magazine takes with just the right mix of serious business, human interest, helpful information and timely news about our great town. It is refreshing to see an editorial staff so clearly committed to reaching far past the usual wishful thinking and politics, as Publisher Lute Harmon so simply and gracefully put it, joining with visionaries to examine and appreciate what we have in order to understand what it’s going to take to move forward, and then pressing the accelerator. It’s as much about having a progressive attitude as anything else, and your insightful perspective helps us all. Thanks from a small business owner.
